Users must register themselves to be able to send bookings to other users/owners.

If you enable the split, users who select “I want to book and rent” will have an owner profile page attached to their account.  The users who only want to book will not have a user profile and cannot add listings. 
Admin can be single owner as well – 
Admin is notified via email every time a new account is created. Admin can delete Owner posts from Admin – Owners.  Admin can delete a user from admin – users. 

The owner is a custom post type that is created automatically on every user registration in the front end. Owner custom post type info and user profile are synced automatically. But only if registration is done in front end register form.

Owners are saved as custom post automatically and synced  ONLY when users with subscriber level register in front end. Subscriber level is set in Admin – Settings.

Admin option must be set to a subscriber for new accounts:

Owners profile will be filled in only in FRONT END – My Profile Page



Admin can check owner information in Admin – Owners – Edit Post, but SHOULD NOT EDIT. Admin can delete owner post if he wishes. 

This area is only to check for information or delete owners, but NOT TO ADD owners from admin area.

All users MUST create an account in front end – with the registration form from the theme.

In admin – the administrator can change header options to something custom and sidebar options to something custom.


Global Owner heading settings are available in theme options.

Help –

On Owner page – only owner himself (when logged in) and owners who have a booking confirmed for one of the owner properties can see the owner contact information. The rest will be able to use the CONTACT ME form – which sends all messages to owner dashboard – My Inbox.
