To manage the general settings navigate to Theme Options > General > Appearance.

Properties List – Properties number per page

Set the number of properties displayed per page in all listing templates (Standard List, Half Map, Taxonomy list).

📌 Important: You must also set the same value in
WordPress Admin → Settings → Reading → Blog pages show at most

Listing Page/Blog Category/Archive Sidebar Position

Choose where to show the sidebar for:

• Property Category / Taxonomy Pages (Standard layout only)

• Blog Category Pages

• Archive Pages

Options:

• Right

• Left

• None

🛈 Note: The Half Map layout does not support sidebars.

Blog Category/Archive Sidebar

Select which custom sidebar appears in blog category/archive pages.

• You can create new sidebars in:
  Appearance → Sidebars

Listing List Layout for Taxonomy pages

Select the layout for taxonomy (category, city, area) pages:

• Standard: Grid layout with optional sidebar.

• Half Map: Includes a map and property list. Sidebars are not supported.

Enable Sticky Sidebar for all Pages

Enable or disable the Sticky Sidebar feature across all pages. This keeps the sidebar visible as users scroll.
