Create the Terms Page for Login and Registration
Create a Terms and Conditions page and assign the Terms and Conditions page template to it.
How the Terms Page Works in the Login Modal
Once this page is created with the correct template, it will be automatically linked in the Login / Register modal.
This means users will be able to open the Terms and Conditions page directly from the login or registration form when the checkbox is shown there.
Set the Booking Terms and Conditions Checkbox
For the Booking Terms and Conditions checkbox, add the Terms and Conditions URL and the checkbox text from:
Theme Options > Booking Configuration > Form Display Settings
These settings control the checkbox shown in the booking form.
Set GDPR or Terms Checkbox for Contact Forms
You can also enable a GDPR / Agree with Terms checkbox for the built-in contact forms from:
Theme Options > Social & Contact > Contact Form Settings
From this panel, set Use GDPR / Agree with Terms Checkbox? to Yes.
This option adds a consent checkbox to the theme contact forms.

Use the Same Page or a Separate Page for Terms
You can use the same legal page for all these areas:
- the Login / Register modal
- the Booking Terms and Conditions checkbox
- the Contact Form GDPR / Terms link
You can also create separate pages if you want different content for:
- registration terms
- booking terms
- privacy or GDPR consent for contact forms
This gives you flexibility to use one general legal page across the website or separate pages for different legal purposes.
