How to Assign or Edit a Membership Package to a User

• Go to Users > Edit User.

• Locate the Package Info section.
• To find the package ID:
• Use the Reveal IDs plugin, or
• Check the Edit Page URL — the ID will appear there.

• From the Edit User screen, you can assign or change the user’s package. (See the attachments for reference.)

NOTE: Expiration rules will apply. Properties will expire on the set due date only if the Action Date is entered in the correct format:
