Video tutorial showing how to use the White Label option in WPRentals. Watch Video on Youtube

The WPRentals White Label option allows you to replace some WPRentals branding shown inside the WordPress admin area with your own brand details.

This is useful if you create rental websites for clients and want the admin dashboard to show your agency name, product name, logo, and theme preview image.

Important: White Label affects the WordPress admin branding only. It does not change the theme code, front-end functionality, license rules, support terms, or theme update process.

What White Label does

Using the White Label option, you can customize how the theme is presented inside the WordPress admin area.

You can:

  • Replace the default WPRentals label with your own branding.
  • Change the theme name shown in the admin area.
  • Replace the theme author name.
  • Add your own theme screenshot image.
  • Add your own branding logo for the admin interface.

Step 1: Open the White Label settings

From WordPress admin, go to:

Step 2: Replace the default theme information

Inside the White Label section, you can edit the following fields:

  • Theme Branding – replaces the WPRentals branding label shown in the WordPress admin area.
  • Theme Name – changes the theme name shown under Appearance > Themes.
  • Theme Author – replaces the default author name shown for the theme.
  • Screenshot URL – changes the image used as the theme preview screenshot.
  • Branding Logo URL – changes the logo used for branding inside the admin interface.

Step 3: Add your logo and screenshot URLs

For Screenshot URL and Branding Logo URL, upload the images first in:

Media > Add New

After uploading the image, copy the image URL from the Media Library and paste it into the White Label field.

Recommended use:

  • Screenshot URL – use a larger preview image that represents your branded theme or client project.
  • Branding Logo URL – use your agency or company logo.
Tip: Use clear images with proper dimensions. If the image appears blurry or cropped, upload a better-sized version and update the URL.

Step 4: Save and test the branding

  1. Click Save Changes in Theme Options.
  2. Go to Appearance > Themes and check the theme name, author, and screenshot.
  3. Check the WordPress admin area to confirm the branding logo and label are updated.
  4. If needed, clear cache and refresh the admin page.
  5. You can also log in with another admin/user account to confirm how the branding appears.

Important notes

  • White Label changes admin branding only.
  • It does not change the front-end website design.
  • It does not remove or change the theme license requirements.
  • It does not change the theme update process.
  • It does not modify theme functionality.
  • If the old logo or screenshot still appears, clear cache and reload the admin page.
  • If you use a cache or optimization plugin, clear that cache as well.
