Guest Picker Configuration

Theme Options > General > Booking Options

• Advanced Guest Picker:
  If set to “Yes,” the advanced guest picker will allow users to select the number of adults, children, or infants separately.
• IMPORTANT: If the advanced guest is disabled, the maximum guest value set will not be considered

• Dropdown Guest Picker:

Theme Options > General > Listing Submit Page

• Advanced Guest Picker:
  If set to “Yes” make sure the Extra price per guest fields, Do not consider Children as Guests, Maximum Extra guests above capacity are included in the submission form

• Make sure the field “Extra price per guest” is included in the Listing Submit Page form

Set Price for Extra Guest

Make sure the checkbox “Allow Guests Above Capacity?” option is enabled:

1. Go to the Price Section > Price Per Night.
2. Configure the Extra Price Per Guest Per Night for guests exceeding the default maximum capacity.

Example:

In the Description section, the guest number is set to 4 guests, we allow extra guests and the Maximum extra guests above capacity is set to 2.

In the Price section, we set the Price per Night to $100 and the Extra Price per guest per night to $50

This means that the property allows 6 guests in total.  The price per night will apply for 4 guests and for the 2 extra guests the Extra price will apply

Extra price per guest and Booking by Price per Guest

The Extra Price Per Guest applies in two situations:

1. For extra guests when the guest control option is enabled and the property allows guests above capacity.
2. If the Pay by the Number of Guests option is enabled.

Custom Extra Price Per guest for specific periods

You can set an extra price per guest for specific periods in the Price Adjustments section.
