The transparent header is a design feature where the background of the header (which typically contains elements like navigation, logo, and menu) becomes see-through. This can be used to create a more visually appealing design.
Important
A transparent header works best when used over a background with an image, a Revolution Slider, or Properties Theme Slider. For more details, check the WpRentals custom header options.
Global Transparent Header Options
WpRentals provides two options for managing the transparent header:
- Enable Transparent Menu Over Header for All Pages
- Enable Transparent Menu for Properties Page
These options can be found in Theme Options > Header > Hero Media Header.
Custom Transparent Header Option
You can override the global transparent header settings for individual pages by following these steps:
- Go to Appearance Options.
- Choose Use Transparent Header and set it to YES/NO for each page.

A transparent header typically works well when combined with a strong background, such as an image or a slider, as it allows the content to blend smoothly.
Transparent Header Logo Management
You can set a logo for the transparent header in Theme Options > General Settings > Logos & Favicon.
