To display property categories with 0 listings in the advanced property search, enable this option in:

Search → Location Field Search Settings → “Show Cities and Areas with 0 listings in dropdowns?”

  • Yes – Displays all categories, including those with 0 listings.
  • No – Displays only categories that have properties.
