This article explains how to set up and use the enhanced owner experience in WPRentals — including both single-owner and multi-owner setups, and how to work with the owner dashboard. It helps property owners, site administrators and landlords manage their listings efficiently.
Single-Owner Setup
When your site has only one property owner (or you, as admin, own all properties), you can set this in the WPRentals settings.
Under this mode, only one user will have full access to submit new properties.
You need to add the owner’s username in Theme Options
Only the account added in Theme Options will be able to submit new listsings and the rest of the accounts will be able only to book.
Multi-Owner Setup
If your site involves multiple property owners (e.g. landlords, managers), use the multi-owner mode.
You can enable the Separate users on registration and in the site registration form, the users will be able to choose if they will have an owner or renter account.
This setup lets each owner manage their own listings independently — ideal for marketplaces, agencies, or shared platforms.
