Before Submitting a Ticket

For every purchased license of WPRentals, you are entitled to 6 months of support, starting from the purchase date.

As a WPRentals client, you get access to our help documentation, video tutorials, and a dedicated support team for assistance with the theme features included in the product.

Our support team is available from Monday to Friday, Europe timezone.

Client support is handled through our private support platform:

https://care.wpestate.org/

You will need your ThemeForest purchase code to register in client support.

Please check this article for details about how to get your purchase code:

What Is Included in Support

We can help with questions related to the default WPRentals theme features, theme setup, included theme options, and reported theme issues.

Support does not include code modifications, custom development, custom design changes, third-party plugin issues, server administration, or custom integrations.

For more details about what is included in Envato item support, please check the ThemeForest support policy:

Please Check the Following Before You Submit a Ticket

To help us provide faster support, please check the following before opening a ticket:

  • Make sure you are using the latest version of WPRentals.
  • Make sure WordPress is updated to the latest stable version.
  • Check our documentation first, as the answer may already be available.
  • Disable additional third-party plugins temporarily to confirm the issue is not caused by a plugin conflict.
  • Clear all cache, including website cache, server cache, CDN cache, and browser cache.
