As of recent updates, Twitter has changed its API access policies, and Twitter login integration no longer works the same way in many themes, including WpRentals, without using paid API access.

What Used to Work (No Longer Fully Applicable)

The old method involved:

• Creating a Twitter Developer App at https://dev.twitter.com/apps
• Copying API keys to: WpRentals > Theme Options > Social & Contact > Twitter API Login
• Enabling social login in the login modal or user dashboard

• As of now, this method may no longer work unless you apply for elevated access in Twitter Developer Portal (which now often requires justification and billing).
