First of all, please note that In WPRentals the theme is designed to save the cities/areas and states based on values added in the submit form. They shouldn’t be added from admin as the search may not work. Also, properties must be added on front end only.
Also, the theme work with google places autocomplete, and in this case (depending on address location and google information), the auto-complete adds also the state/city/area in the auto-complete back-end, allowing the user to search in the front end by google places.
If you decide to re-name the labels, there may be a problem with “pin to map button” and search. It has to be tested with the exact address to be 100% sure.
